Streamlining Trails Management
Led product design, research, and strategy to modernize the trails management process for a land management agency. My work reduced manual entry processes and had a high user adoption rate to 95%

Led UX and research for the first versions of Alex and Ani's iOS app, which was featured on the App Store as "A Best New App" and won Digiday's "Best New Mobile App" in 2016.

As the company’s first Information Architect, I worked at a leadership level within the UX team to ensure cohesive user experiences and oversee other designer’s work. Facilitated difficult conversations to improve transparency and trust within the company. Lead designer on Android app redesign, listed as a Popular App in the Play Store. Created a series of dynamic information visualization tools from open data sources. Redesigned site navigation and information architecture for Realtor.com, increasing key metrics by 25%.

Project 5
Designed interactions, information architecture, and UI across multiple platforms and payments systems. Built and ran a user research program which identified and escalated usability gaps. Led initiatives with the open source community and incorporated design principles into technical workflows.

Crafted marketable processes and data visualizations which helped HR compensation teams identify and understand their internal pay equity problems. Designed experiences from concept to launch, including prototypes and engineering requirements. Earned a set of loyal customers who cited our software design as the differentiators that caused them to convert.

Project 7
Lead UX design at the fourth-largest social media website in the US (with one of the oldest codebases). Established multiple platform design system components and processes for an expanding team. Developed user stories, wireframes, flows, interactive prototypes, assets, and documentation. Shipped as UX Lead: new moderator tools, a desktop theme redesign, a full mobile web redesign, new user on-boarding, and an internal metadata framework for improved listing relevance.
